Refund policy

We want you to love your CRVLA piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Email us at help@crvla.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. For a defect or wrong item, please include a photo so we can sort it out quickly.
3. Once approved, we'll send you the return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
